What are the benefits of choosing Print@home?

• It's quick and easy, you get the tickets right away - print your tickets as soon as you have purchased, no queuing at the box office or waiting on the postman.
• You can print at your convenience by logging into your account and printing anytime

What do I need to print my tickets?

• A printer, a laserjet or injet printer, black and white or colour with resolution set to 300dpi or more. Print onto plain white paper

What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?

• Your ticket will be scanned and only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry.
• Treat your tickets like cash, keep them in a safe place and protect your print out just as you would any ticket.
• The barcode scanner alerts the security person scanning the ticket if a copy has already been scanned.
• The name and address details of the purchaser are printed on the ticket if there is a dispute

Why isn't print@home available at all venues?

• Only venues with the appropriate barcode scanner and or all seated events with one ticket per seat can use print@home.
• We are working with other venues to increase availability.

What should I do if I cannot print my tickets?

• Make sure that your printer is on and all cables are connected to your computer
• Make sure that the printer has enough memory available - close down all other programmes.
• ticketSOUP.com has a time limit, you may have timed out. Close down all your browsers and log back in or follow the link from your confirmation email to print your tickets - Full instructions below

How do I print my tickets?

• You must select Print@home during the booking process when deciding how you want your tickets to be dispatched to you.
• On the booking confirmation screen you will be presented with a print tickets button linking you to the print@home screen. Here you will have the choice to print your tickets directly from the web page.
• Use the next and previous buttons to display and print more tickets if you have multiple tickets in your booking

Will I receive a confirmation email?

• You will also be sent an email with this link to our members area http://www.ticketsoup.com/login/default.aspx
• where you can log in using your existing email address and password or the one you created when booking your print at home tickets.
• Not sure of your password - you can request a reminder (http://www.ticketsoup.com/forgotten-password/default.aspx).
• Once logged in click navigate to the print@home section, you will see a list of your past bookings.
• Click the booking where you will be presented with details of your booking and a 'print your tickets' button below.
• Clicking the 'print your tickets' button will show your ticket which you can then print out - click 'next ticket' to see further ticket if you have booked multiple tickets.
• You will have the choice to print your tickets directly from the web page.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email?

• Although your confirmation email contains a link to printing your tickets you can log in at anytime using your existing email address and password or the one you created when booking your print at home tickets.
• Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation email

Do I have to print my tickets at time of purchase?

• You can print your tickets at a later date either by logging into your account on ticketSOUP.com from the link in your confirmation email or by visiting ticketSOUP.com website
