The rip-roaring adventure story of Aladdin will be brought magically to life in a spectacular production starring actor, television presenter and all-round entertainer, John Barrowman, in the title role of Aladdin. The Krankies, synonymous with the great tradition of pantomime in Glasgow, will be appearing alongside John as the Chinese Policemen.

Aladdin has all of the traditional elements of pantomime but with the added surprise of an array of 3D special effects.
Wearing 3D glasses at certain points throughout the show the audience can rub the magic lamp as it appears in front of their nose, summon the magical 3D Genie from his lamp and join Aladdin on a superb magic carpet ride!

Thank you so much for the excellent service we received at the Clyde Auditorium on Wed 17th December. The Auditorium staff were so welcoming and helpful and the level of cleanliness in the public areas and amenities was very good. The staff and pupils thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic show. It was outstanding. Definitely a show for all ages to enjoy. We will definitely be booking for next year`s show and are looking forward to it already.

The show was out of this world. It wasn't just your average panto, it was much, much more. I love John Barrowman, and he was amazing. What an entertainer. The Krankies were so funny too. The three boys are already asking if we can go back. To be honest, I'd love to see it again too. The 3D effects were great too. Aladdin at the SECC was the best panto by a mile.

We can't remember the last time we laughed as much, but more than that, it was brilliantly produced with an outstanding cast. The event itself was organised with the utmost professionalism and you have a great team - the must see pantomime this Christmas!

Don’t Stop Believing (when you have John Barrowman and The Krankies in Aladdin) Review: Doctor Who and Torchwood star John Barrowman is the main focus of 3D Glasgow SECC panto Aladdin, and carries off the main role with such charm it’s impossible not to be won over – even though it turns out to be The Krankies who steal the show.

We had a fantastic experience from the start when we booked with you, to the organisation of the group launch; which was a fabulous idea and made our decision in where to take the children this year very easy. SECC staff’s communication was second to none, making the whole process stress free from our perspective.
The only word I can use to describe the Panto itself is….AMAZING!!! We are a nursery group, so our children ranged from 20 months to 4 ½ years old (the ‘big’ children – our staff – range from 16 years to 50+) but regardless of age, Aladdin 3D had something for everyone and nobody went home disappointed.
Additional points we loved, was the fact that not only did we not have to pay for the 3D glasses, but that you also provided booster seats; this was extremely handy for our wee ones. This years' Christmas trip, was certainly a trip to remember. I will be in touch very shortly to book next years Sleeping Beauty 3D Panto once out budgets have been finalised.
