Denise Mina has written nine novels, starting with the Garnethill Trilogy, Sanctum, three Paddy Meehan novels, and more recently Still Midnight. She has written three graphic novels and also writes short stories and is an occasional contributor to BBC radio and television.
Her first play, Ida Tamson, was staged at Oran Mor in 2007. This was followed by A Drunk Woman Looks At the Thistle in 2009, which transferred to the Edinburgh Festival.
