Homecoming Live - The Final Fling is a unique extravaganza that will celebrate Scotland’s contribution to the worldwide music scene creating a focal point for the Homecoming Scotland Finale Celebrations taking place over the St Andrew’s Day Weekend.
Homecoming Live - The Final Fling will see the cream of the country’s music icons past, present and future performing together at the SECC and King Tuts for this special one off event.
In the Clyde Auditorium artists coming home include Deacon Blue, The Skids, Hue and Cry, Lloyd Cole, Midge Ure, The Bluebells, James Grant, Kevin McDermott and Tommy Reilly, and many more! The all standing Hall 3 will host a line up who demonstrate the enormous influence Scotland has had on shaping the international music scene plus the hottest up and coming Scottish talent including performances from The View, Teenage Fanclub, Idlewild, King Creosote, The Dykeenies, The Vaselines, Codeine Velvet Club and The Law.
Glasgow’s recently awarded accolade as a UNESCO City of Music makes it the ideal location to host this exciting, one-off Scottish musical feast featuring some of the country’s most renowned homegrown artists.
Doors to this event open at 5pm.
Please note: Hall 4 events are now in the Clyde Auditorium and the Clyde Auditorium events are now in the Lomond suite.
