The Legendary Arnold Brown Comedy Interviews
The Legendary Arnold Brown arrives in Glasgow on Thursday to present three very special comedy interviews at the Tron Theatre.
Arnold and his guests will perform comedy and chat about the serious side of the funny business. He's been a vanguard of the alternative comedy scene since the 1980s, so has seen it all. Come along and find out what makes his guests tick, laugh, write... the lot!
On Thursday two legends come together as Arnold sits down with BAFTA award-winning comedienne, raconteur and singer, Dorothy Paul. Known for her impersonations of Glasgow characters and humorous observations drawn from her life in the city, she truly is a Scottish national treasure.
Support comes from comedy writer, director, producer, presenter and stand-up comedian, Phil Differ. Phil has contributed to shows such as Chewin’ The Fat, Spitting Image, Naked Video and Not The Nine O’Clock News, but is best known for the creation of Only An Excuse.
On Friday Karen Dunbar will be chewin' the fat with Arnold. She is one of Scotland’s best known comedy actors starring in Chewin’ The Fat and four series of The Karen Dunbar Show.
The slightly surreal and ever inventive Billy Kirkwood will be supporting.
Saturday sees an extra special guest take the hot seat! We're keeping it a secret for now, but can guarantee it's going to be a corker!
